Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available.

Processing & Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is 8–20 business days worldwide. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as shipping destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

International Orders — Customs & Tariff Handling Included

Our international shipping rates already include an estimated customs and import tariff handling fee. This buffer is built into your shipping cost to help cover potential duties and tariffs imposed on cross-border shipments, so you can receive your order without unexpected charges at delivery.

Please note that actual import duties and taxes vary by country and are ultimately determined by your local customs authority. In cases where actual charges exceed our estimate, the buyer remains responsible for any outstanding balance. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have specific questions about import regulations in your country.

Receiving your Order

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:

· Verify the shipping address on your order is correct.

· Look for an attempted delivery notice slip.

· Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden location.

· Check to see if a neighbor or someone in your residence accepted it.

· In rare cases, please allow an additional 1–2 days beyond the estimated delivery time, as some orders may be marked as delivered before their actual arrival.

Meebaa.Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll do our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered due to an incorrect address, and the product got returned back, then in this case additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order.
