At Meebaa.Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s), in original package, in new unused form within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns

· The item(s) must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

· Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

· Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Exchanges

· Our current product is available in a single configuration, so exchanges for a different size or variant are not applicable at this time. If you have questions about product fit or compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

· Item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

· Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

How to Initiate a Return

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photo or video documentation. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
