Current Policy affected:

At Meebaa.Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s), in original package, in new unused form within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Returns

· The item(s) must be unused or unworn and return in its original packaging.

· Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

· Refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

 

Exchanges

·We currently have only one size product. So, our exchange policy is currently not implemented until we have a size optional variants. We understand that sometimes a different size or style may better suit your needs. 

 

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

· Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

· Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

· Return or exchange shipping costs are responsible by the customer unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at meebaa@126.com to start the return or exchange process.

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photo or video as supporting documentation.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
