What can I say about a moka pot latte?

A latte which is such a common drink. And moka pot coffee is also a very common type of coffee brew. And yet, we made a latte this morning with the moka pot coffee but is considered very rare. What is it?

First what it is like. My words on the flavor is that it is very close to the espresso based latte. That was what we had in the morning. But, the one we made is having a very rare combination of factors. We will come to that later.

The rare latte: Now, lets come back to our latte in the morning. Why it is rare. We did not use 100% Arabica, instead we use 100% Robusta. The taste or the flavor is still just like a normal latte, still an equally good taste latte vs the Arabica based. However, it is rarely done at home. Robusta are mostly used in the commercial blend for tuning the coffee flavor on adding the body creamy rounded elements. We just happened to have the 100% Robusta in our hands.

Moka pot coffee and espresso, in the form of latte as a drink. They are landing in a continuum region of the flavor universe, next to each other. They are just the neighbor, sibling's flavor, a different latte.
